Today's run was pretty good. I ran for 20 minutes. It went a lot better than I wouldve thought for my first time actually running since state track. I only stopped twice and both times were only for about 20-30 seconds so I was realy proud of myself and am excited to keep running. My sides hurt a little but I think that was mostly just that I am still a little bit out of shape.

Today was a TON better than yesterday. I ran 27 minutes. My sides didn't hurt and I almost hit our goal of 30 minutes with only stopping once. The striders felt really good to get some better focus on my form, even if Holt said I run like a sprinter. All ready these past two days have been better than any of the other times I have tried cross. I have been having way more fun and am already feeling myself get into the shape that I should be tarting to get into. I am really looking forward to what the rest of training and the season has to offer for me.

Thats awesome to see that youre walking less! Soon you will be running 10 miles without stopping with the top dudes! Don't forget to put how many miles you run so you can see your progress!

Don't worry about running 10 miles (Dylan!). Just know that this is going to benefit your track races is such a great way!

I went the full 30 minutes today. We went out towards the turtle preserve. I only stopped one time just for about 30 seconds before I hit the 15 minute mark. My hip started to hurt around the last couple minutes, I'll be sure to ice that up and stretch it out. Overall a good run today, just need to make sure I'm staying safe from injury and stay hydrated as well.

30 minutes again today. I decided to run with the level 2-3 girls today. It was really good, I like running with Robs and the girls. We went down Telegraph and then out towards Maverick a little bit. I was really proud that I didn't stop at all today. After we had 8 striders. Those felt good and I can feel myself getting better form already. Overall a good day.

Today was awesome. We met at Sullivan Park and then ran out on the rollercoasters which is a super fun trail. I ran with the girls again today, 38 minutes. We looped around back to the park after whiich is where I split from the gruop to end the run. My hip only hurt a little bit and I didn't stop other than when I rolled my ankle on the trail but it didnt really hurt so that was fine. Really am starting to feel myself get into good shape.

Half and half run today. Ran for total 35 minutes, 12 on the road, 18 on the grass then 6 striders to round it out. I made it a challenge to make sure that I was running faster when we started on the grass than when we were out on the road. Two weeks ago I am sure I would have backed off and just kept the same pace as on the road but I needed to push myself to know I can do hard things. Not being able to feel my hands or feet because the sprinklers and cold grass helped though hah. We also had kid's club today which is always fun. Couldn't make it to lifting, helping a neighbor move stuff out of their house but that was a good woorkout still. Overall a good day.

Today was kinda eh. Only went 30 minutes today. Felt kinda sick and my side really hurt from very early on in the run. Need to make sure I get better sleep. I woke up about three times during the night.

Today was way better than yesterday. Went 50 minutes today. We went out towards old Prospector trail. I made it to and went through the tunnel, which was super trippy. We did three pick ups on the way back. Pushing through and going faster was hard, but we actually were able to still keep a faster pace after each pick up rather than fall back and go back to the pace we were at before the first pick up. Feeling a lot better today. My side still hurt a little bit towards the end, I think I might be a little less hydrated than I need to be or might be breathing weird. I used weights today to do some agility work outs and then also go do run throughs to get prepared for long jumping in the summer games. Overall a really good day today.

35 minutes today. 15 road, 15 grass, and 8 striders. Good run today. I ran more with the boys today and felt pretty good with them, but still felt a little out of shape to be able to stay up with them the whole time but still was good today. Kids club today was also super fun. It's always a good time to play games and have fun with them, really makes the rest of my day. Overall good day today.

Today was alright. 35 minutes out on turtle road. Weird pain in my side, not a side ache though, felt kind of like a scrape actually on my ribs. Haven't felt it since after the run though. I'll probably take it a little easier while I try to figure out what is wrong.

Okay. So first of all I know I'm kinda posting this late. And also that I haven't blogged since back in June. But today was amazing. All levels had 55 minutes today with 200's for the 1's and 2's. So we all started running kinda together and Boston and I kinda pushed up towards Corbin and Parker's group to talk to them about some stuff. We did the Kick It run today and I just stuck with Corbin because honestly it didn't even feel bad. We had just passed the Lion's Head gated community when I looked back and saw the guys I usually ran with behind us quite a distance. It was crazy windy and I fell off a little bit but just kept pushing with Mikey when he caught up to me and we caught up with the main guys the whole rest of the way. We extended the run a little bit and wrapped back around towards Hart's to finish it off and then hit our 200's. It's kinda crazy to think that only a couple weeks ago when we did this run that I didn't even make it to the gates of Lion's Head before turning back and that today I pushed the whole time with guys I haven't really ran with before. I honestly have no idea how far we ran but it was an absolute blast running today and couldn't fully believe Corbin when he told me we were running pretty close to the pace they usually would run when all the lvl 3's are here.

Well a new week started today. 25 min easy in the afternoon. Ran with the higher level boys again without any trouble. Gonna try and come the mornings this week. It's sorta all started to click now I guess hah whatever that means. I especially hope this can start to translate into the race on Friday.
