Half and half run today. Ran for total 35 minutes, 12 on the road, 18 on the grass then 6 striders to round it out. I made it a challenge to make sure that I was running faster when we started on the grass than when we were out on the road. Two weeks ago I am sure I would have backed off and just kept the same pace as on the road but I needed to push myself to know I can do hard things. Not being able to feel my hands or feet because the sprinklers and cold grass helped though hah. We also had kid's club today which is always fun. Couldn't make it to lifting, helping a neighbor move stuff out of their house but that was a good woorkout still. Overall a good day.

Today was kinda eh. Only went 30 minutes today. Felt kinda sick and my side really hurt from very early on in the run. Need to make sure I get better sleep. I woke up about three times during the night.

Today was way better than yesterday. Went 50 minutes today. We went out towards old Prospector trail. I made it to and went through the tunnel, which was super trippy. We did three pick ups on the way back. Pushing through and going faster was hard, but we actually were able to still keep a faster pace after each pick up rather than fall back and go back to the pace we were at before the first pick up. Feeling a lot better today. My side still hurt a little bit towards the end, I think I might be a little less hydrated than I need to be or might be breathing weird. I used weights today to do some agility work outs and then also go do run throughs to get prepared for long jumping in the summer games. Overall a really good day today.
